• Engineering and construction of civil, electrical, and communications system BOP
• Subcontractor project management for execution of work
• Construction of 2 miles of access roads, 3 acres of laydown yard, and 7,500 feet of underground collector trenches
• 350 yard3 spread-footer foundations, poured in place concrete construction with steel reinforcement
• 10,500 LF of transmission line to utility’s point of interconnect
• 13 kV distribution line to existing substation
• Fiber optics communication and SCADA network
• Microwave communication system from onsite SCADA system to top of local grain elevator
