PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:

• Fiber optics communication and SCADA network
• Provided ongoing energy, environmental, and economic benefits:
  • Generates enough electricity to power approximately 88,784 homes annually
  • Offsets the combustion of approximately 410,275 tons of coal per year, which reduces the equivalent of 540,000 tons of CO2 emissions to the atmosphere annually
  • Provides income to local landowners through annual lease payments
  • Creates additional income from both sales tax and property tax increases, benefi ting both local and state coffers
