Engineering, procurement, and construction of complete electrical and civil systems, including the following:

Site layout and electrical system optimization
DC and AC collector systems
Foundation posts and fixed-tilt racking systems
Module installation
Inverters, padmount transformers, and switchgear
Interconnection design and coordination
SCADA and metoring system integration
System testing commissioning
Access roads, site grading, dust and erosion controls, storm water controls, perimeter fencing, landscaping, and site restoration (including pre-construction soil amendments to improve suitability for growing low-growth grass in beach sand)
Meteorological station

Commissioned facilities in October 2011
The facilities will create enough clean energy to power over 2,000 homes
West Vineland was constructed in beach sand environment with shallow groundwater adjacent to a sewage treatment facility
North Vineland was constructed adjacent to a residential development in agricultural field
Designed the foundations to minimize materials required for the posts and racking systems
Constructed with 100% local union work force
Successfully obtained NJ DCA approval of design submittals to support accelerated schedule
