Our company was launched in 1977 by three environmental engineers interested in helping industry minimize, mitigate, and manage the pollution created by the manufacturing process. They developed cutting edge solutions for reducing and disposing of various waste streams, and coined the name “Residuals Management Technology” which was quickly abbreviated to RMT. Over the past 10 years, we have evolved our core services and skills to address the inextricable link that has developed between clean energy and the sustainability of our environment. Today, we offer energy, environmental and engineering services that help clients use renewable solutions to achieve their business and sustainability goals. We are still known as RMT, but with a new message behind the name . . . Renewable Management Technology.

Client relationships are at the center of the RMT organization, and our logo was designed with this in mind. The three-part green triangle in the center represents the competing pressures-- regulatory mandates, economics and social responsibility --that clients face when making business decisions. Solutions that keep these pressures in balance are the most viable and are represented here by the progression of dots that ascend to a central position over the triangle. The visual placement of RMT--centered over the triangle and the energy, environmental and engineering resources we deliver- suggests our active participation in developing balanced solutions to meet each client’s unique needs.
